How does the streak work?
Every day you finish a session (Daily Workout), the streak goes up by 1. Miss a day and the streak goes back to 0. The 🔥 icon in the top corner shows your current run of consecutive days.
Where do I turn the streak reminder on or off, and change its time?
Go to Settings → Streak reminder to turn it on (the app will ask for the Notifications permission). Once it is on, tap "Reminder time" to pick the time you want (8:00 PM by default). The reminder repeats every day until you turn it off.
What if I declined the Notifications permission?
Turn the permission back on in your device's system settings (Notifications → Vocabc). Inside the app, if you turn the reminder on while the permission is off, an "Open Settings" button takes you to the right place.
What do "mastered" and "forgetting soon" mean?
Vocabc uses spaced repetition. A word answered correctly several times, with long enough gaps, counts as mastered. When its review falls due and you have not met it again, that word becomes forgetting soon and is put back into your sessions first.
Does my progress sync between devices?
No. All data is stored locally on each device, with no account and no cloud. Uninstalling deletes the progress on that device.
How do I erase all my progress?
Go to Settings → Erase all progress. This cannot be undone.
Is the app free? Are there ads?
Vocabc is free to download, with no ads and no in-app purchases in the current version. Every feature is open from the start.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Vocabc runs fully offline and needs no network connection.
